After a tour of the school with the Year 11 and 12 students in their Home Room, Year 7 spent the remainder of the day with their Core teachers and classmates, playing games, making new friends, and familiarising themselves with our school expectations.

Over the next few days, they received their new laptops, had their photographs taken for their student ID cards and will master the art of opening their lockers. This Friday is our school Swimming Carnival, I hope all boys will join with enthusiasm and cheer on their school house.

I have heard countless accounts of positive feedback from teachers about how seamless Year 7’s transition has been. The St Edward’s community looks forward to learning about each new Eddie’s boy, and we wish them all the success for the remainder of the year. Congratulations boys, great start!
