Year 10 University of Newcastle Campus Experience Day was an exciting opportunity for students to participate in hands-on activities, on-campus at Ourimbah.
The experience day aimed to support students’ understanding of career options and increase aspirations to attend university, providing them with an opportunity to experience university life, study options, and build a positive rapport with academics and student ambassadors. They had engaging hands on presentations in: Podiatry; Oral Health Therapy; Food Science; Exercise and Sport Science ; Coastal and Marine. Thank you to Mrs Dignam for organising and Mr Sullivan, Ms Jones and Ms Moulton for attending the day. It was a worthwhile experience for everyone.
