Over the weekend, Jack Sullivan and Callan Atherton in Year 7, proudly represented Gosford Little Athletics at the Valour State Relay Championships, hosted by Athletics NSW at Blacktown International Sports Park.

Competing in the Under 14’s Teams Throw Relay, each athlete took on a different throwing event, with combined placings across the three disciplines determining the overall champions. Jack dominated in Shot Put while Callan delivered a winning performance in Discus — both securing first place in their events.

Their outstanding individual achievements propelled their team to the top, earning them the title of State Champions.

A fantastic effort from both boys!
