Students explored syllabus links through specific menu types, hygiene practices, and WHS requirements. They also enjoyed a buffet breakfast and participated in a guided tour of the hotel, which included the kitchen, restaurant areas, and housekeeping. The tour highlighted employment opportunities and showcased the service standards at Crowne Plaza Terrigal, providing a valuable connection to their recent unit of work: Interact with Customers.
