Our Student Leaders

Prefects 2026/2027

In the spirit of our founder Blessed Edmund Rice, the St Edward’s College Prefect Portfolio system is based upon the tenants of collaborative and shared leadership.

Shared Leadership
Selected from across Years 11 and 12, the Prefect team carries the spirit of collaboration and shared leadership. They help to shape culture, uphold values, and lift every student toward something greater.

College Portfolios: A Framework for Student Leadership and Engagement

The College Portfolio initiative provides students with meaningful opportunities to engage in leadership, service, and community-building activities aligned with the four EREA Touchstones. These portfolios reflect the diverse ways students contribute to the life of the College and the broader community.

Our Four Touchstones are:

  • Liberation Education
  • Gospel Spirituality
  • Inclusive Community
  • Justice and Solidarity
