Swimming 2026

February 19, 2026

Friday 6 February marked a fast start to the year with our first carnival, the College Swimming Carnival, held at PLC Woy Woy.

College Swimming Carnival

Competitors were greeted by warm, sunny conditions and were spread across the grandstand and the surrounding grassed areas. Students fully embraced the carnival atmosphere, enjoying a game of cricket, time at the waterpark, races in the pool with friends, and visits to the canteen.

Although overall numbers were lower than in previous years and participation in competitive events declined, the carnival ran smoothly and without incident. The prevailing mood was one of enjoyment, as we had the opportunity to witness many talented students excel in the pool.

Highlights for the day included:

  • The House Pride as our Relay Teams battled it out for supremacy
  • Knights House being Crowned House Champions on 869 points, closely followed by Spillane (719), Shanahan (641) and Doolan (542)
  • Crowning the following Age Champions:
Age Name House
Under 12 Max Frazer Shanahan
Under 13 Wyatt Bradley Spillane
Under 14 Callan Atherton Knights
Under 15 Lachlan Hillard Knights
