Hospitality – Kitchen Operations

Students undertaking the hospitality pathway will have access to a full commercial kitchen located at St Joseph’s Catholic College, our partner school in the Trade Training Centre. Students will be trained using industrial standard equipment and resources. These include:

  • Deep fryers
  • Salamanders
  • Bain-Marie
  • Both gas and electric ovens and cook tops
  • Commercial slicing machines
  • Commercial dishwashers
  • Stainless steel work benches
