Managing HSC Stress
With HSC Trials just around the corner, Parents can find resources to help manage HSC stress through organisations like Beyond Blue, ReachOut, and Headspace. These resources offer tips, videos, and fact sheets on managing stress, communicating with teenagers, and accessing mental health services. Additionally, Parent Line NSW can provide support and guidance for parents.
Parents are also welcome to contact the School Counsellors at any time during school hours if you feel concerned or worried about your son.
