On 14 June, Year 12 Modern, Ancient and Extension History students traveled down to the University of Sydney to engage in a series of lectures in preparation for their HSC examinations. The presenters were highly experienced teachers who have all worked closely with marking and setting the HSC paper. It was a great day supported by the HSIE faculty and in particular Mr Judd, Mrs Murdoch and Mr Griffin.
The boys all gained valuable insights into examination strategies and study skills as they sat with other students from across the Sydney to Hunter region. It was a wonderful day that also exposed the boys to university life, which some found inspiring.
