Dylan’s explanation, “For our Software Design and Development assignment, we were asked to develop a functioning Raspberry Pi. This included creating a case and installing functional software onto the device. I wanted to create something that was useful and functioned appropriately so that it could be kept after task was handed in, I didn’t want to just forget about the project after the due date. After looking at many different Raspberry Pi projects and 3D printed cases, I noticed that all the 3D printed cases available were essentially the same boring designs with a few exceptions. During my research, I stumbled upon a user’s blog where he documented his processes of converting a 1991 Macintosh Classic II. After seeing this I knew this was going to be the foundation of my project.”
Congratulations Dylan Neilson in Year 12 for an outstanding assignment in Software Design and Development.
